By purchasing a genRAG.AI Gold Plated PVD Coated Metal NFC Card or registering an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Physical Hardware & Delivery
Each Gold Plated PVD Coated Metal NFC Card is manufactured from stainless steel, PVD coated with a mirror gold-plated finish on both sides, and custom laser engraved. Because cards are personalized with your name and unique dynamic QR code, production begins upon admin review approval.
2. 7-Day Free Trial & Subscription Terms
Newly approved profiles receive 7 days of full free platform access. At the end of the trial period, an active subscription (Basic ₹129/mo, AI ₹199/mo, or AI Premium ₹299/mo) is required to maintain public profile accessibility. Expired profile data is preserved safely.
2a. Founding Member Offer
The first 100 card orders placed before the offer deadline shown on our website are charged a one-time fee of ₹2,999 and receive a lifetime subscription fee waiver for that profile (free profile for life) and the AURA AI assistant free for the first 12 months, as long as it remains in good standing under these terms, together with a numbered Founding Member badge. Select visitors may unlock a limited-time coupon worth ₹500 on our website; it is valid for 15 minutes from the moment it is shown (and, if the visitor asks for it, one final 15-minute last chance after it expires), on the same browser, and up to 5 times per email. Founding Member status belongs to the original profile and cannot be transferred. The offer closes when all 100 spots are taken or the deadline passes, whichever comes first; orders after that follow the standard pricing and subscription terms above. Costs billed directly by third-party AI providers (section 3) are not covered.
3. Bring Your Own AI (BYO AI) Billing
Subscribers utilizing third-party AI provider keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) acknowledge that external providers bill API token usage directly according to their respective developer pricing schedules.
